Well that’s extremely on the nose. Good grief. Just looked up Uranus opposition to Saturn as I noticed it sitting fatly on a calendar of transits. And wouldn’t you know it, I’ve been going through the immensely painful realisation that my chosen profession isn’t actually viable due to the discrimination I’m facing in the field and the degree to which I’ve been forced to stifle my opinions and creative expression outside work. I’ve been thinking about a path that I hope offers more freedom and this feels like yet another bright flashing neon sign from the universe to make the change. Thank you!

Yea!
It feels like breaking loose.
All the sudden everything seems a bit boring.
Like why the h did I want that.
It states to implement new slowly
Or wreck security .
Wonder if you care less.

I had Uranus transit my natal Saturn (in Capricorn) in early 1989. It was a time of career change, but very positive, as if Uranus (new opportunities) was busting through the limitations of a career that had reached its peak (Saturn). It was as if I’d worked my apprenticeship and it was time to move on to a higher plane.
Saturn has a bit of a hard reputation, but it doesn’t punish if you do the right thing. I see its role as putting in place the structures and experiences that let you develop and in time enable you to enjoy your freedom. It is not necessarily depressive, and can give a cool head, a mental clarity free of illusions.

Thanks for this share. It’s transiting my natal Saturn (25 Taurus) conjunct natal Sun (23 Taurus) in 1st house, right now. Lots stirring for me with identity but also career (and this trines my Cap Moon in 10th and my Pluto in Virgo in 6th).
