Aspect Pattern

Particular combinations of aspects that form special planetary configurations. Aspect patterns are defined by aspects of specific orbs, so this is different from chart shape patterns that are based on planetary distribution in a horoscope (see planetary shaping). Examples of aspect patterns are the grand trine, grand cross, grand square, T-square, yod and stellium.
