Even though “sun-sign horoscopes” are popular in mainstream astrology, we do not offer “sun-sign horoscopes” at AstroLibrary because we believe those generic forecasts do not represent real astrology. A sun-sign horoscope ignores 90% of a person’s unique birth chart. It treats one-twelfth of the world’s population as having the same daily experience, which is practically impossible, and astrologically and mathematically wrong.

Our Alternative To Sun-Sign Horoscopes: We prioritize Personal Transits Reports. Our daily reports use your specific date, time, and place of birth to calculate how current planetary movements interact with your unique natal placements. This provides a personalized map of energy rather than a generic guess.

3. Ethical Interpretations & Personal Agency

AstroLibrary’s policy regarding interpretations and predictions is that we want to describe the “weather” of your life so you can take advantage of it. We do not believe in a deterministic or “fated” approach that removes your free will.

• Potential Energies: We describe potential energies, strengths, and challenges present in a birth chart or transit to help you spot opportunities for growth or prepare for potential friction.
• Non-Deterministic Advice: We do not make definitive predictions about health, death, legal matters, or specific life events. We believe in human agency and the complexity of the psyche. However, the section of our site that has a library of ancient astrological books may include historical texts that contain such predictions, but they are presented as historical artifacts rather than current advice.
