Definition of Partile:

The degree at which an aspect is precisely exact (0° orb). An aspect that is within 1° orb is said to be exact but not partile.

Definition of Partile Aspect

Two bodies that have exactly the same degree and minute are in partile aspect or conjunction as distinguished from the platic aspect or conjunction.
