Still waiting for your report?

If you’re still waiting for a report that you paid for from AstroLibrary, please check these things first.

  1. Did you check the correct email address? You can look up your order to make sure your email address is correct.

  2. Did you check your SPAM email, just in case?
  3. If you use Gmail, and if your inbox has a “Promotions” tab, please check that. Also check in these tabs if you have them: “Updates”, “Social”, or “Forums” tab.
  4. If you use Outlook, and if your inbox has the “Focused” and “Other” tabs, please check that “Other” tab.
  5. If you ordered a Personal Transits Report, has it been at least 30 minutes since you made the order?
  6. Is your mailbox too full? (see below)
  7. If still no luck, please notify us here so we may send or re-send your report:

Is Your Mailbox Too Full?

Sometimes a report does not arrive at your email box because your mailbox is “over quota.” This means that your inbox is already full and can’t hold any more messages.

When this happens, we will give you a refund because we can’t get your order to you.
