Still waiting for your report?
- Did you check the correct email address? You can look up your order to make sure your email address is correct.
- Did you check your SPAM email, just in case?
- If you use Gmail, and if your inbox has a "Promotions" tab, please check that. Also check in these tabs if you have them: "Updates", "Social", or "Forums" tab.
- If you use Outlook, and if your inbox has the "Focused" and "Other" tabs, please check that "Other" tab.
- Is your mailbox too full? (see below)

Is Your Mailbox Too Full?
Sometimes a report does not arrive at your email box because your mailbox is "over quota." This means that your inbox is already full and can't hold any more messages.
When this happens, we will give you a refund because we can't get your order to you.
What to do if you still want your report?
You can either:
- Use a different email address to get in touch with us here. But please also tell us your original email address, and your name, so we can find your order. Then, we can send your order to the new email address.
- Or, you can delete any unwanted emails that are taking up space in your inbox. When your email box has enough space for new messages, you can contact us here to let us know that you can now get messages. After that, we'll send you your report again. If your email address is with Gmail, Google has this link that can help you.
- Or, you can buy it again, but this time with a different email address.
