Added Descriptions For Transits To Your Vertex On The Transits Horoscope Report

The Transits Horoscope Report always included “effective dates” of transits to your Vertex. This let you know when there were transits to your Vertex, but it did not include any description text. As of today, your Transits Report includes descriptions for transits to your Vertex.
