The report has one of my planets in the wrong sign or wrong house
If one of your planets or points seems to be in the wrong zodiac sign or wrong house, please check these things first.

Please check that the report has your correct birth information.
To check a Relationship Report
Please check the birth information on the first page of your Relationship Report. The first page shows the birth dates, times, and places for both people.
If any birth information is wrong, you can change it here: Change Birth Information.
To check a Personal Transits Daily ReportPlease check your birth information at this link to make sure we have the right information: Order Lookup.

If your birth information is correct but your zodiac sign or house seems wrong, it may be that the report used a house system that you’re not used to. By default, our reports will use the most appropriate house system based on your birth city’s latitude. (See our default house system.)
To check a Relationship Report
To check which house system your Relationship Report used, look at the first page of that report.
To check a Personal Transits Daily ReportTo check which house system your daily personal transits report is using, look up your order.
You can test your daily personal transits report with different house systems here for free.
You can choose the house system for your emailed report when you order in our shop.

If you’re an advanced user, get a table of your planets in a bunch of different house systems here. That table will list all of your planets in the houses for 12 different house systems.
