Terms of Sale

THE LEGAL AGREEMENTS SET OUT BELOW GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE ASTROLIBRARY, LLC ("Astrolibrary") SERVICES. TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS, COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE AND DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

You must be 18 years old or older to purchase Astrolibrary report services ("Services").

Payments

If you pay for your order using a credit or debit card or wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, this payment information is sent directly to our third party payment services processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card or wallet numbers but we are notified if the transaction succeeds or fails.

If you choose to pay for your order using PayPal, we never see your financial data. We are notified that a transaction has either succeeded or failed.

We never share your birth data or email address with any third parties, not even with Stripe nor PayPal.

Refunds

We firmly believe in and stand behind our service 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.

Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet both of the following conditions fully:

  1. You are within the first 30 days of the purchase.
  2. No refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of the original purchase whatsoever.

If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid.

Prices

Prices for reports offered via the Services may change at any time, and the Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

Permission To Email

When you purchase reports from Astrolibrary, you understand that purchased reports will be delivered to you via email, and you are thereby giving Astrolibrary permission to email you the said reports.

Additional Terms

Astrolibrary is not responsible for how you, the customer, use the information in the reports.

If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
