Anyway it’s simple, does not ask you to go into the traumatic feelings in any way and it’s effective. I’ve used it many many times in my life. And I’ve released so much trauma. When Pluto was conjunct my ascendant someone tried to murder me. I was poisoned, stabbed bludgeoned almost to death. During that period I had someone place kerosene under the electric stove burners. The resulting fire left me with third degree Burns on my hands. There was a bomb put in my car and transaxle bolt was removed. I am a full moon babe Scorpio Taurus 8 to 12 th house. Transformative. Yes. It has terrorized me. It’s been since 2006. I can’t shake the fear. The reason I researched, as a Scorpio detective was money. An insurance policy on “accidental” death.

All the changes, pains and sufferings have been internal, maybe my spiritual awakening prior to this has drastically de-dramatized the external events. On the outside, everything has been great – have gotten to a great place career-wise, meeting awesome people I’ve dreamt of meeting before becoming spiritual. However, deep down I know that none of this is what I need now. Energies created them has been dead, and part of me is extremely upset by this. The word “death” frequently visits my internal chatter. Things haven’t been easy, but in a strictly internal sense. But I know if I don’t act asap, the Pluto-Saturn conjunction next year will be hard as sh*t, since that’s when external events will manifest.

When Pluto crossed over my ascendant, Jan 1, 2019, I also had Uranus transiting my 3rd house, making a direct opposition, to my natal 9th House Pluto.
Someone, I knew from my past, said something in conversation, and it immediately triggered buried traumatic memories. I still don’t know which was worse. The memories of being sexually assaulted, or realizing I was in the same room, with my attacker.

Everything I thought I knew, was wrong, and no one, was who I thought they were. The week of my divorce, our best friend died. I’ve had 5, very real, near death experiences, in the last 6 years. My asthma became lethal, out of nowhere, and caused my lungs to swell, and stop breathing twice.

When Pluto was over my asc., back in 2014, I experienced the biggest transformation so far in my life. It all started with an innocent conflict with my in-law, which unleashed such an array of emotions and suffering that I nearly ended up divorcing my husband (for what I saw as lack of support for me), went through an eye-opening therapy (which literally and convincingly connected what was happening with me at the age of nearly 40 to my earliest childhood) and ended up, on third round of contact, with a surgical operation of what probably came from stress. The hardest year so far. I can now see that I didn’t let myself ‘lose control’, as they say everywhere that you should, which was the biggest source of suffering back then. Oh I wish I had known better than that!
Back in 2006 I was living in the Bay Area. My chart relocation mapped my at square of sun opposite moon square Pluto angular. It out pluto on my ascendant. She says it’s because she’s a sun Pluto conjunction natal. She says she been working Pluto energy her whole life. Pluto has been retrograde. it moved to almost oppose my ascendent in 29 degrees Cancer before it’s retrograde. I sold my home of 29 years got rid of 80 percent of everything I owned. moved to another state and bought a home sight unseen. lasted 4 months moved back and sold the out of state home and bought a condo not far from original house. I also remember and sold a rental home . Had another condo and sold it. Soo I let go and sold 4 houses this year and bought 2, if which I keep only one, and the aspect has not even become exact. will be exact early Feb. July and December this year. I also have medical issues which are so rare no doctor can help
also my husband died and my little dog died and both his daughters have left my life. I can hardly wait to see if I end up in a tent next Christmas or in a grave. probably not because I see no Neptune aspects.

As he was about to rape me, something told me in my head, “When he pulls down his pants, he won’t be able to chase you…RUN!!!” I did and thankfully did not die the day. I fully believe that if he had raped my 7 year old body, he’d have killed me. This experience changed me forever. My parents had split the year before this incident, and within two years of this sexual assault, we finally moved away from that neighborhood. I never visited the area where it happened until I was much older. When Pluto moved over my exact 24th degree, my boyfriend attempted to kill me via strangulation after I had broken things off, something I never in a million years thought he’d ever do. Again, I was very lucky that when I dropped to the floor after he cut off the oxygen to my brain, he got frightened and ran away. I woke up not realizing what happened to me for many years, when pieces of this trauma came back into my memory. In those ensuing years when I didn’t remember, I’d see him and act like nothing happened, because I didn’t remember. He even apologized to me, but I didn’t know why. Wasn’t until my late 40’s when I entered counseling that the memories were pieced together. Seems the beginnings of this type of transit and the degree of your Ascendent position is a pivotal time. Im Capricorn ascended, 29 deg. Pluto retrograde has been transitting my asc since June 2023 & was exact in July. I repeated kept fainting, paralyzed for hours. ER ran every test, all came back normal. Went back to the ER same day, stayed overnight for them to tell me I’m “fine”. Only my Balinese Shaman was able to help me get out of the hospital & back to the US. My hair has been falling out by the clumps. I’ve seen my naturopath, endocrinologist, acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist all with no help. I think this is just one thing I will have to deal with until Pluto is in Aquarius. He’ll be conjunct my natal Asc again in December & Im ready for him. I’ve had several spiritual ppl tell me it’s my karma, possibly from a previous life. I’m a Scorpio stellium, Pluto & Sun conjunct. I’m all about death & rebirth. I’m taking every step possible to be healthier. I already take great care of myself, lost 100 lbs, beat Lupus & maintain hypothyroidism but this. This is different. The Covid vaxx didn’t agree with me and caused my hair to fall out, teeth became loose, old viruses I thought were disposed of by Homoeopathy came back, had Covid on top of bronchitis. Have turned to Chiropractic adjustments which seem quite violent and the woman has fingers of steel. She knows what she’s doing, but as she thumps me about, I feel like laughing because it makes me think of Pluto beating me up. Have followed instinct and joined a retirees social club. The old me was too much of an eccentric loner astrologer to do that, but this is good for me. Have been humbled and appreciate the ordinary now. I edit their newsletter and my moon in Leo enjoys their praise. I’ve had the shit knocked out of me over the last year and it seems to have done me good. The square is intense but not as much as conjunct ascendent transit. I don’t blame anyone for their experience as it’s near death or even death itself. Hmmm… something def wrong here… Because Pluto is conjunct with my asc and only good things happened to me. After a long and abusive relationship, I left and managed to find someone else and I am happy. I am growing on every plane of my existence, financially, professionaly, romantic etc. It kind of feels unreal, as it seems I can do anything I’ll set my mind to. I have finally learned to trust myself, my intuition was never as sharp. I am building my life from scratch, and I’m enjoying every single moment of it. Also, I am very proud of myself. Sort of feels like I am manifesting the life I want.
Oh, sure there are bumps along the way, but I can feel it in my bones I will get over anything life throws at me and carve my own path.

29 Capricorn Ascendant here. Pluto disrupted my life for years transiting through the 12th but it brought refreshing change like compost being turned to the light. Through me, family skeletons were unearthed, I reconnected with lost cousins through an ancestry site, my son divorced me when I finally and calmly put my foot down about psychological abuse, I had health issues because I reacted badly to the vaxx, but avoided hospital and had a spiritual healing right in the doctor’s surgery! Pluto is the wrecking ball alright, but he seems to remove the dross I’ve outgrown. I’ve stepped out of my reclusive, misfit shell and am now mixing in the world but not of it, with an open and loving heart. I’m a Mercury square Pluto exact. This can give insight. I’ve come to believe that our lives are preplanned and agreed to by us before we come here to learn soul lessons. We have as much free will as a violin in a closed violin case. HOWEVER; what we do have a choice about, is our reaction. Through Pluto energy we learn to dive deeper. (I found the book “A Soul’s Journey” by Peter Richellieu helpful.) After training and kneading me like dough so that I’m more open to submission e.g. ‘Thy Will not my will.’ Monsieur Pluto is hardly into my first house and I’m inspired to change my outward appearance in a positive way as though it is happening outside my will.

When Pluto conjuncted my Scorpio Ascendant, natal Pluto Mars square, so you understand it all depends on the whole chart. I had two wraiths (Ghosts who are still alive) visit me with cryptic messages which I didn’t understand until after the transit but helped in a small way.

This comment thread brings me peace. I’ve search the internet high & low for answers on what’s going on with my health & this Pluto transit. This is the only thread I can relate to. Not only am I suffering from my hormones out of control (Pluto rules endocrine system & control) which has led me to have 2 NDE, high heart rate when I sleep; I also sold my house in the US Jan 2023, moved to Bali only to be deported in October (visa violation) & essentially back “home” due to my health.
I also had to sue 4 former clients as they came on a retreat I hosted, claiming they didn’t attend & got their money back.
Pluto is the bull dozer because he retrogrades back & forth, several times over, which is why it takes 15-20 years to go thru a sign.
He was conj my Asc 1st time March 2023: I created my women’s retreat business & officially moved to Bali.
2nd time conj my Asc in July 2023: hosted my first retreat & also fainted, ER, 2 NDE
3rd time conj my Asc Dec 2023: decided to sue former clients for fraud, breach of contract & defamation. My heart also started elevating to 100-160 bpm when I sleep.
4th & 5th time conj my Asc Sept-Nov 2024 & I hope he brings the rebirth because I’ve dealt with so much “death” of my dreams/plans as well as my health.
What I have learned thru this is to release control & surrender. I was fighting moving back “home” but now I’ve mostly accepted this (it’s temporary).
