Virgo has nothing to do with sexuality. It is the name of a star constellation. If you are born when either the sun or the moon is in Virgo, those stars sing over you at birth..the frequency of each star bestows on you certain character traits. Interesting, the rising sign is the impression you give to others. So you can blame your rising sign if you oftrn don’t make a good first impression. Kidding, but the rising sign is the way you across or how others perceive you when you meet them for the first time. If your nephew has the same sun sign as your rising sign, he gets the impression that you have a similar personality as he does ( considering his sun sign or his personality is similar to how you come across to strangers).
One of my nieces is a Scorpio sun sign which is my rising sign. She is only 3 so it’s still kinda hard to tell. I’m curious, if someone dies on July 4th, for example, do they become a cancer sign in their afterlife?

Scorpio sun, Capricorn moon. :) This says I could have either a Capricorn or an Aquarius moon, but I totally relate to the Capricorn moon description and not at all to the Aquarius one. I also completely remind myself of the Capricorn suns I know when I’m comfortable.

If you’re relating to another sign, it could be that you don’t have your birth time correct, or, you relate because you have that particular sign in your chart. I’ve always noticed that the moon is the most accurate for some reason, that’s just my experience. There is no such thing as being in between or on cusp, true astrologists know this.
